Martial Arts Inspired Fitness Classes

These classes mix martial arts techniques and fitness drills to ensure a full body workout that will leave you feeling physically strong and mentally Mpower-ed!

Classes are high energy, ultra positive and FUN!

Particularly at this challenging time its important that we all stay fit and healthy not just in body but mind also. Join us IN-PERSON at the MPOWER STUDIO OR LIVE ONLINE from your own home and work up a sweat with the MPOWER Community.

LIVE ONLINE Classes are 35 minutes long and run 2 nights a week at the following times:

Wednesday 7:00pm (MPOWER XPRESS CLASS + ABS/ GLUTES) 35 mins
Thursday 7:45 pm (MPOWER XPRESS CLASS + ABS/ GLUTES) 35 mins

Members also get access to our MPOWER: ON DEMAND service so if you miss a class you can choose from a selection of pre-recorded workouts to do at any time!
