Martial Arts Inspired Fitness Classes
 

These classes mix martial arts techniques and fitness drills to ensure a full body workout that will leave you feeling physically strong and mentally Mpower-ed!

Classes are high energy, ultra positive and FUN!

Particularly at this challenging time its important that we all stay fit and healthy not just in body but mind also. Join us IN-PERSON in the MPOWER STUDIO (from 17th May 2021) OR LIVE ONLINE from your own home and work up a sweat with the MPOWER Community.

Classes are 45 minutes long and run 4 nights a week at the following times:

Monday 7:30 pm (in person ONLY from 17th May 2021)
Tuesday 7:45 pm
Wednesday 6:45 pm (MPOWER XPRESS CLASS + ABS/ GLUTES)
Thursday 7:45 pm

Members also get access to our MPOWER: ON DEMAND service so if you miss a class you can choose from a selection of pre-recorded workouts to do at any time!
