We started out in our fantastic Community Centres, Scout Hall and Sports Hub. Then when Covid-19 hit we operated LIVE ONLINE out of a garage, our living room and the great outdoors. Now we are SO excited to welcome you all to our very own Brand New MPOWER STUDIO in the heart of South Queensferry, just off The Loan located at 2 Stoneycroft (Lower Level), EH30 9HX

We have decked the Studio out in top of the range martial arts and fitness training equipment.
