Pinkbelt Kickboxing runs as a weekly bootcamp style group exercise programme, there is no sparring or fighting involved. It is fun, friendly, functional, extremely encouraging and will challenge you at your own level. You’ll develop powerful kickboxing skills, increased health and vitality and of course, you will tighten your tummy, shed excess fat, sculpt your arms, burn your thighs, and kick the stress out of the day. Pinkbelt Kickboxing will improve your muscle tone and your cardio endurance, flexibility and balance, not to mention in one hour it can burn up to 1200 calories!
Please note that attending the above group exercise class will not mean you are awarded a Pink belt. This is only achievable through the official Empowerment programme which is coming soon!
